Veterans and their families attend at no charge.
No need to be a member of the YMCA to attend our YES to Vets classes
at the Pike Y.
Childcare available, small fee charged.
This will be a "Series III" class:
advanced inner practices of eye focus, breathing patterns, energy gateways.
We'll sit on the floor instead of on chairs,
and class will be more physically challenging
than our existing two "Series II" classes.

Our YES yoga class schedule through 2018:
We expect to hold all our regular Monday afternoon, Monday evening and Friday classes through 2018,
- Monday September 3rd, Labor Day
- Monday December 24th, Christmas Eve
- Monday December 31st, New Year's Eve
